Refund policy

The customer is entitled to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The customer shall bear all costs associated with returning the product. The product must be returned directly to the supplier.
BEAUTIRA LTD accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs incurred in connection with the return of the product.
The customer undertakes to indemnify BEAUTIRA LTD against all costs and liabilities arising in connection with the returns process.
